It’s the most wonderful time of the year; the holiday season is here! There is no better time to graciously support the community than during this joyful season of giving. Whether it’s donating to our favorite charities, volunteering our time, or simply expressing appreciation, we can all take part in making a positive impact in the lives of others.

One organization whose mission is to make lasting differences in the lives of children is Kiwanis International. In the holiday spirit, our local club of the Islips-Bay Shore is holding a “Toys for Kids” donation drive to provide for those in need. Last year over 125 families in our community received toys from this initiative!

Varsity Home Service is getting involved by collecting new, unwrapped toys for boys and girls of any age on behalf of Kiwanis Club. Our staff has kindly started a collection box, but we are extending the invitation to others in the hopes of serving as many families as possible! If you would like to participate, you may give a donated toy to any of our technicians during your upcoming service call. A drop box will also be available in the lobby of our Bohemia office now through mid-December.

Thank you in advance to all those who choose to contribute. Your generosity is very much appreciated and will help contribute to approximately 300 local families this year. Together we can spread holiday cheer and make a positive impact in our community!
