Conner and Craig came to the rescue
I ran out of oil and filled it with diesel but I couldn’t get the boiler to start even after bleeding it. I called and within an hour they were at my house. They did everything they could to save me money. They changed the filter and cleared my lines and I was back in business. They were extremely professional and personable. I would recommend them to anyone who has any issues with their home heating.
Fast Response Time
Really appreciated Varsity’s fast response time and patience in communicating with me over the phone when we needed help with a water leak at our rental property. The technician, Sean Flynn, was very professional and took his time to take photos and explain in detail what the issue was and how to resolve. Anna Otten, customer service supervisor, was also very pleasant in handling my questions over the phone. Thank you both!

For the first time in my experience, a serviceman did not need to study a manual and read instructions for repair before proceeding with diagnosing my system. He recognized all the error codes, knew how to investigate them and promptly identified why my boiler had failed. I'm sold, ... Varsity will be my company.
Service visit for Plumbing and Heating
Letting all know how pleased i was with the appointment at my home to address my annual heating Inspection, as well as varied plumbing work that was completed and needed from a previous appointment. This was all co-ordinated by Erica Bellini. One of the Techs was Derek, another was Anthony and there was third whose name I have forgotten. They were all very professional and explained all work being done and would not leave until all aspects of the work were done and tested, I can't say enough about the overall professionalism.
Toilet Tank Components Replaced
This is my first time using Varsity Plumbing and I will use them from now on! The technician, Marc, was top notch! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and caring. My experience with Varsity was excellent from start to finish. The office staff was courteous and professional. They followed up on my appointment and called me when they said they would to let me know the technician was on his way. The technician, Marc, arrived on time fully prepared for the job. I learned that Marc had even made sure to stop and get extra parts for my job so that he was making sure to be fully prepared and equipped for whatever he might need to get the job done. I am totally happy with the work they did. My toilets are running perfectly now. These guys are amazing. They can now count me as one of their loyal customers. I highly recommend them!

Anthony is an excellent technician. He spent a lot of time analyzing how to correct the problem. His work was extremely thorough and he offered very good suggestions. He communicated well, and was a pleasure to work with.
