Craig is excellent- he goes the extra mile to get things done the right way. I always ask for him.

I was very pleased with my technician Ralph who was honest and professional in addressing an issue I had with my CAC unit. He gave me recommendations to fix issues that were caused by the original installer from a different company and I am happy to say I will be using Varsity to service my unit going further. I will also be recommending Varsity to anyone that I know that needs heating/cooling systems serviced. Thank you!

When you need a plumber it really helps to have a guy come in & tell you what you need or might not need in terms of the problem. Diagnosing the issue made it easier to digest a rather large bill. Vidal gave us his assessment & we agreed to having the work done. It was certainly not an easy job but it was done to perfection. He answered all my husband's questions while he worked & continued to get it done in a timely manner. He really wanted us to be satisfied with the result & we were!

from the start with Ralph being so informative we felt very comfortable and Erica also helped us through all our questions. Kevin Tom and Colin were so polite and didn't leave one speck of dust .
