Received call at 7:30 that Ryan was on his way and to expect him at 8:00am. He was prompt. Told him about the lack of heat. He immediately went to the unit and knew what was wrong. He reset the navian unit and it worked. Told me the unit did not ignite previously but it was operating now. Told me to watch if it goes out again it may need a new igniter. He also reset the thermostat. He was professional and knowledgeable. The most wonderful thing is he had the patience for my dog. He was not afraid of him and talked and pet him. It was great!! Thanks varsity for the patient and thoughtful person you employ. Thanks Ryan for being that person.
