When my water heater started to leak I was concerned about what repair I would need and the cost. Service technician Luis S. arrived at my home within an hour of my contacting Varsity. Luis was knowledgeable, efficient, and very pleasant. He quickly diagnosed the problem and (without any salesman like pressure) explained what was needed. I felt so comfortable with Luis and trusted his advice. Therfore, I decided to have Luis do the repair. He was able to get the necessary supplies and water tank brought to my home and within a short period started the repair work. He kept me updated on the progress and completed the job within a few hours. Luis had great customer rapport and made sure I was totally satisfied with the work he did. He even made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving my home. I would definitely recommend Varsity to others in need of water tank replacement.
