Vidal came on Friday to evaluate our hot water tank problems. After he explained options, we decided on replacement. He arrived around 9 AM on Saturday with Luis, and the two of them installed the new tank, a filtration system, and associated plumbing in 3.5 hours. They were quick, courteous, and explained all very well. When finished, they cleaned everything up and left us some suggestions to consider. We were very happy with the work

Vidal is a very knowledgeable, personable, respectful and efficient individual. He was honest upfront as to what Varsity can and cannot do for us. He sat down with us and informed us of our options with very good explanations. We learned a lot. We believe Vidal is an asset to Varsity.
AMAZING JOB!
I had an install crew come to my home to install a ductless mini split system yesterday. From the moment I called, I was pleased with the customer service. From Dave the supervisor who answered all my questions, to Eric the general manager who accommodated me on the schedule, to Christine who helped me with finance concerns, to Vinny who conducted my walk thru prior to the install, to the install crew themselves, it was a great experience all the way through. I received an email with photos of the technician's prior to their arrival, so I knew who to expect. They came on time, arrived in uniform and kept my home clean. They explained what would be done prior to starting the job, so that they could customize it to my liking. This team was very professional, and their work was FLAWLESS. Kevin, Tommy, and Colin were very polite, and kind, the entire time they were here. I couldn't be any more pleased with my experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of HVAC services in their home. 5 stars and two thumbs up! So very happy that I chose them for the job. Plumbing Checkup
Ray Capotosto, the plumbing technician was great. He explained all my plumbing systems and hookups in my basement. He was friendly, competent and patient when I had some questions.

I opted to have a recommended air scrubber added to my HVAC system. The technician, Craig was very personable, efficient and knowledgeable about the product. He got the job done quickly. I've had Varsity here for several jobs now and am very pleased with their service. Highly recommend them!

This company was honest, BEFOREHAND, gave us the option to decide. We had leaking, and John 1 came out exactly when he said. However, we needed the truck with other equipment. Appointment was booked in front of us with an option to cancel. Now John C (2) came was with us 90 minutes gave explanation of what he was doing. This technician (actually both) were polite, explained what the issues were. I found this company on a local 24/7 plumber website. I didn't read 1 review, like they say desperate times. We took a shot and literally fell in love with this company. If i could given 10 stars I would. Thank you Varsity

An outstanding experience. I was fortunate to get the job done on July 3rd due to a cancellation. Lucky me. They came to my house while I was still at work & let themselves in. Thank you to the receptionist who took my code for them so I didn’t lose this opportunity. In addition she let them know I have a dog that cannot leave the yard unless on leash. My dog was happy as a clam when I got home and was indoors. The work Alexis and Mike did was amazing. They cleaned up everything. Took away the old outdated system. They were polite and professional.
