I have been using Varsity since 2009 and fortunately have never had a bad experience. An issue arose with not getting any hot water in my residence and this is just after they installed a new Hot Water Heater 90 days ago. They checked it all out and saw nothing wrong with the unit and after "rebooting" it they determined that it must have been a vent issue from the roof with something likely blocking the system. Hopefully the problem will not reoccur or they said they will have to return with a much longer ladder to access the roof for further analysis. All is good for now. The technician was professional and thorough.
