Feb. 2019 - Once again Varsity has come through for me... I was having a water pressure issue, Varsity assured me and quickly proved to me the cause of the problem was a clogged filter and nothing more. Here is what happened: Around the same time I started having the water pressure issue, SCWA had repaired a water main in front of my house which seems to have lead to excessive sediment which in turn clogged my filter. As courtesy Varsity had replaced the filter Free Of Charge and provided spare water filter, and also checked the condition of plumbing in the crawl space. Furthermore, Varsity had once again, taken the time to address my concerns by clearly explaining pertinent details, helping me better understand the functionality and how to better care for my Navien Heating System. * Thought for the day: Customer Service is partner ship between the Service provider and the customer. If anyone is unhappy with their Service provider, consider how you might respond when dealing with the matter - Patience and clear communication are key to resolving most problems.
