I'd like to start by saying if you are looking for a job to be done, look no further; I highly recommend Varsity. Service scheduled quickly and easily. I needed to change the appointment time, Erica helped me do that (also quickly and easily). The company called and emailed when the technician was on the way. I really liked the security they provide in sending a photo of the person that came to my home to do the job. James Kelly was the technician, this guy's awesome. He went out of his way to take extra time and care to get the job done the right way. He wore slip on booties over his work boots (loved that). Wore his mask the entire time we were in my home. He solved the first problem I had free of charge (since I signed up for the service contract which wound up being only $10 more than the cost of a technician coming out and subsequently waives that cost...no brainer, get the service contract if this offer is still available). Solved problem one at no cost to me. Checked my pressures in the air conditioning unit, found that my refrigerant was low, replenished it. This was pretty costly, but what he quoted me was very fair. He finished the job, ran the AC and waited to make sure that everything was in working order. If I need Varsity again I will request James be my technician. Can't say it enough, this company really did a great job with the service they provided my family. James Kelly, you are great at what you do! Keep up the great work!
