I am all about customer service and I have had nothing but good customer service since buying my heating system and boiler from Varsity. Today’s experience with Derek confirms why is worth buying the 3 year plan for ultimate inspection etc. From the beginning he introduced himself and yes did have his mask gloves and covers for his boots. I had a few questions for him and he took out the time of explaining it. Also, explained what will be done to the humidifier and now is fully functioning, as it should. Very pleasant gentleman and as part of your training consider using him as the perfect example of great customer service. Thank you Varsity and Derek!!!
