$559 for a drain snaked is just disrespectful
My grandma’s basements toilet was backing up so I called varsity to have them come give it a quick snake. so they sent someone He looked at it then went back out to make a call or look at his phone, then tells me it’s going to cost $559 my jaw dropped. After all the busyness my grandma has done with varsity through the years I felt disrespected and obviously said no thank you I’ll make other arrangements then the guys says ok that’ll be $59 after tax it’s $65 I just looked at him like dude what kinda company are you working for and even he looked like he was shocked about the price I mean what happened to doing decent work it’s a simple snake drain now they’ve lost a good costumer and I’m not Finished because if these guys don’t find a way to get my grandmas 65$ back to her I’m getting in touch with the Better busyness bureau that’s all and then we’ll see how long this soulless company lasts after they turned there back on honor”
