I thought the technician was courteous and professional and hard working.

John was here for maintenance check. due to his thorough exam, he found some issues that needed repair that I would not have noticed until total system failure. I appreciated his willingness to explain and show me the steps in his evaluation, clearly showed me the problem areas, and made helpful suggestions for remedy.. he was patient and willing to listen to my concerns and very knowledgeable about systems function and technology.

My wife and I are very pleased with Varsity! The office was pleasant and courteous. They let us know when a tech would come and give us a heads up. Our tech John was very knowledgeable and explained everything in an understandable way. He was also very thorough and tidy. We definitely recommend Varsity and would use them again! Thanks Varsity!

Varsity visited today to perform recommended maintenance on my Navien combi boiler John the technician who has worked on the our system before is always professional knowledgeable and pleasant He is happy to answer all our questions since this is much different than the heating system we had in the past. He sometimes provides us with some recommendations to think about but we never feel pressured. We value the communication and customer service we receive and will continue to use Varsity

Johnnathan was very knowledgeable and easily diagnosed my heating issue. He was pleasant and personable. He was able to fix the problem during the visit as he had the parts on the truck. That was important to me as the weather is turning colder. I would highly recommend Jonathan!!!
