Excellent. Larry was probably the best technician we have had from varsity. He not only was knowledgeable but more than willing to assist and address all of our concerns. Your service man named Larry came and did a great job cleaning my air handler of any mold and other gunk. He is a very experienced and courteous representative and I trust him a lot. I will have him back in the future. It is hard to find people of his caliber.

Larry arrived as scheduled for our annual hearing check-up. He was very knowledgeable and made some suggestions. He also noted a repair that needs to be addressed in our hot water tank. In addition to his knowledge, he is very professional and personable, and we were glad for his help today.
