Wow! Am I glad we discovered Varsity Service for our plumbing issue! From initial call to final invoice delivery, everything was professional, well organized and truly designed for complete customer service. Our initial call to inquire for service was answered by Dana, who provided friendly service and a thorough explanation of the pricing policy- no surprises with this company! We were kept informed of estimated arrival time of Mark S., who provided an assessment of the plumbing issues and up-front determination of the cost for repairs. Again- no unexpected surprises. Mark repaired the issue in a timely manner, going the extra mile to answer all of our questions in a patient and courteous manner. He was respectful of our property and very neat in his work. My husband and I highly recommend Varsity Home Services !

Marc Santangelo came for my rescue of my leaky valve relief of my water heater. Thank god it is just a little drip of leak. I am very much concern todays issue. But,, it was resoved quickly on the same day when I called the office. Thanks to Varsity. They take care my problem right away.

I was told I had a slab leak in my home and needed to get fixed. I called Varsity and Marc came the same day. He was very professional and polite. He conducted the inspection and then gave me two solutions and repairing the leak. I must say the service was exceptional. Thank you.

This is my first time using Varsity Plumbing and I will use them from now on! The technician, Marc, was top notch! He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough and caring. My experience with Varsity was excellent from start to finish. The office staff was courteous and professional. They followed up on my appointment and called me when they said they would to let me know the technician was on his way. The technician, Marc, arrived on time fully prepared for the job. I learned that Marc had even made sure to stop and get extra parts for my job so that he was making sure to be fully prepared and equipped for whatever he might need to get the job done. I am totally happy with the work they did. My toilets are running perfectly now. These guys are amazing. They can now count me as one of their loyal customers. I highly recommend them!

Marc S. evaluated our plumbing system and found several vulverable areas. He explained everything thoroughly, and performed the needed work. He was friendly, polite and considerate. It is because of Varsity and Marc. S that we feel safe in our home.
