Jennifer (as well as others) take their time to understand the issue you are calling about and then direct you to the correct manager who then provides your appointment and the correct technician for your job. In this case, Eric provided us a very knowledgeable technician, David who corrected our plumbing issue in a timely and expert manner. The work was completed to our highest satisfaction.
