Ryan came to my home to clear the drain in my bathtub. Unfortunately my service call became more involved and required a great deal of troubleshooting. I was very impressed with Ryan's knowledge, patience and expertise. He was calm and reassuring throughout the entire visit which required several hours of work. I truly appreciated the explanation he provided as he diligently worked to rectify our plumbing problem. Thank you Varsity for sending Ryan to our home.
