HVAC Sales Representative

We are seeking personable, knowledgable HVAC sales representatives to join our enthusiastic and goal-driven team.

As a Varsity Home Service Comfort Advisor, you will provide in-home consultations to customers, conferring with them to determine the best solutions to meet their HVAC needs while also working to achieve department sales and capacity goals. Above all, you will find a rewarding career and future.

Responsibilities

• Learn and become confident in all information about our products and pricing.
• Become an expert of your market area, understanding the customer needs and knowing the appropriate solutions.
• Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
• Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
• Ensure a quality customer experience. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

Education Requirements

• Must have sales experience.
• Must have customer service experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems is important for this role.

Experience Requirements

• HVAC experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• Sales experience: 5 years (Preferred)

• Required Travel: 100% - Nassau & Suffolk County only
